Hosted by the Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAf) and the Green Youth Network (GYN), this event is a unique opportunity for you to submit abstracts for the Young Researchers’ Pitch, a platform dedicated to fostering innovation and driving the green economy forward. This year’s theme, Nurturing Entrepreneurship, Cultivating Skills, and Attracting Global Green Economy Investments for Job Creation, aligns perfectly with the World Environment Day 2024 theme: The Journey to a Greener Future. It’s all about bridging knowledge gaps and fostering academic innovation towards climate action.

  • Final Pitch: Finalists will showcase their ideas at the 9th Annual Green Youth Indaba Conference in Durban.
